Modern Maintenance is Hiring a Site Supervisor Near Kansas, KS
Since 1978, Modern Maintenance has provided commercial janitorial and facility management services to a wide range of companies across the United States.
We're looking for an experienced supervisor that is dedicated to quality customer service and is able to manager a small team of housekeepers, carwash, and pallet laborers in a warehouse setting.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00AM - 2:30PM
Pay is $20/hr.
The responsibilities of a Site Supervisor include:
- Supervision of about 6 employees total, including janitorial and carwash and pallet workers.
- This is a working position that involves cleaning and helping with the carwash and pallet removal.
- Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Helping plan and prepare work schedules
- Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment
- Maintaining accurate records
- Working with Area Manager to ensure quality standards are met
- Other job duties as needed
